Play with CoworkOne: build your CoworkOne
Artificial intelligence for your company, governed and secure from day one. Play with CoworkOne tells it in eight scenes presented live: you drag the company's systems into CoworkOne, ask for a piece of work and see where each piece of data stays.
Your company already knows almost everything it needs to know
The problem isn't a lack of knowledge. It's scattered across folders, emails and people's heads, and every time it's needed, someone has to go looking for it.
- The good proposal was written by someone who no longer works here
- The deal was closed by email eight months ago, and nobody remembers with whom
- The committee report is put together by hand every Monday
- The cost analysis is redone from scratch on every project
- Every team has its own version of the template
None of that shows up on an income statement. It's hidden inside the payroll.
Connects with what your company already uses
- SharePoint (Reads and saves): Reads the libraries each person can open and saves the deliverables.
- Outlook (Reads and drafts): Searches email and leaves the draft ready for you to send or schedule.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot (Looks up): Asks about Teams chats and meetings, email and files.
- Web search (Looks up): Only on the sites your company approves.
- Alegra (Looks up): Billing, payments, receivables, purchases and accounting.
- Granola (Looks up): Meeting notes, summaries and transcripts.
- Planeo360 (Looks up and operates): Customers, leads, proposals, tasks, hours and campaigns.
- Campus360 (Looks up and operates): Courses, topics, assessments, reviews and read confirmation.
- Comunidad360 (Looks up): Figures by residential complex or by property management company.
- OpenCarrusel (Looks up): Metrics for your social media.
- Lusha (Looks up): Finds prospects; you reveal their details with your account's credits.
- Wompi and Treli (Looks up): Transactions, subscriptions and charges, through Planeo360.
- FICC ERP (Looks up): The ERP's operational data. On the Enterprise plan.
How it works
- You ask for it in plain language (or dictate it)
- It goes and finds what your company has already written: SharePoint, email and systems
- It writes with your company's judgment: your instructions, guidance documents and skills
- It hands you the file and you decide where to save it or whom to send it to
Use cases by industry
Healthcare
Healthcare providers, clinics and medical centers. The administrative work surrounding care eats up hours of qualified staff: claim denials, contracts with insurers, accreditation paperwork and reports for the board.
- Responses to claim denials: Searches email for the exchange with the insurer and the libraries for the contract and supporting documents; drafts the response and delivers it in Word.
- Contracts with insurers: Compares the new draft against the current contract and points out what changed.
- Accreditation documentation: Builds and updates manuals, procedures and protocols in the institution's format.
- Monthly board report: Cross-references billing and receivables with the indicators and delivers the presentation.
- Staff training: Turns a policy into a course with an assessment in Campus360.
Logistics and transportation
Carriers, logistics operators and private fleets. Operations live in emails, manifests, insurance policies and contracts, and every large customer asks for reports and proposals in its own format.
- Freight rate proposal: Starts from previous proposals for similar routes and delivers the offer with your brand.
- Reconstructing a loss: Puts the emails with the customer, the insurer and the driver in order, and builds the report.
- Compliance report: Consolidates the month's dispatches, incidents and billing into a presentation.
- Receivables by customer: Shows outstanding invoices and payments, and drafts the payment reminder ready to send.
- Onboarding and tenders: Puts together the document package for a new customer or a tender.
Financial services
Cooperatives, employee funds, accounting and investment firms. They run on documents that have to add up: committees, policies, audit requests and reports for the board.
- Credit committee package: Gathers the application, the supporting documents and the history, and leaves the summary ready.
- Receivables and collections: Analyzes aging and delivers the Excel file with formulas and the receivables dashboard.
- Statutory auditor requests: Finds the requested supporting documents and puts together the response.
- Policies and manuals: Updates the policies, including the anti-money laundering policy.
- Monthly sales report: Looks up customers, opportunities and proposals, and creates the follow-up tasks.
Finished work, in the formats you already use
- Presentations: 19 slide types, dashboards included.
- Documents: Word with styles, table of contents, tables and signature blocks.
- Spreadsheets: Excel with real formulas and native charts.
- Diagrams: Flows, layers, timelines, quadrants and architectures.
- Charts and dashboards: In the conversation, with your brand's logo and colors.
- Code: Python, JavaScript, SQL and 26 other languages, ready for review; it's never run.
- Emails: Drafted with your signature, to send or schedule.
- Tailor-made: Templates and deliverables tailored to your company, developed by Arcetec as a service.
Security: your information, yours
- CoworkOne is a service (SaaS) operated by Arcetec: each company has its own instance and its own database, separate from any other customer. We host it, update it and monitor it; you don't install anything.
- Sign-in is with Entra ID, using a certificate and no stored application secrets, and the session is verified with Microsoft every 30 minutes.
- CoworkOne opens only what the person asking can already open in SharePoint and in their email.
- They're read from your SharePoint, and the deliverables are saved there.
- The models run in Microsoft Foundry, the one operated by Arcetec or the one in your own tenant if your company prefers: your messages and the answers are processed within Azure.
- Nothing is saved, sent, published or run without a person approving it. Code is never run.
- Credentials and secrets are stored encrypted with AES-256.
- The audit log records 167 types of action —who, what and when— without copying the conversations.
Artificial intelligence is included
Your people sign in with the same Microsoft account as always. You don't have to open or manage anything in Azure; and if your company already has Microsoft Foundry in its tenant, CoworkOne can use yours.
- Included in the service: Every month your plan comes with an artificial intelligence credit, with the Claude models in Microsoft Foundry.
- You decide the cap: When the credit runs out, usage stops unless you authorize more.
- Per person: Your administrator assigns each person a model and a monthly limit: an alert at 80 % and a pause at 100 %.
- In plain sight: Every answer shows what it cost.
The models run on Azure and your files stay in your Microsoft 365.
