Artificial intelligence for your company, governed and secure from day one
Governed enterprise AI · on your Microsoft 365
CoworkOne works on your Microsoft 365 with each person's permissions, in an instance dedicated to your company and operated by Arcetec, and nothing is saved, sent or run without someone approving it. Your team gets the finished work; your company stays in control.
- Dedicated instance, separate from any other customer
- Sees only what each person can already see
- A person confirms every action
- An audit log of everything, without copying the conversations

Your company decides what the AI does, who uses it and with which data
Security isn't a layer added at the end: CoworkOne is built so that artificial intelligence works within the rules your company already has.
Governance: you set the rules
- Roles and access: Whoever Microsoft authorizes gets in, and an administrator at your company decides who is a basic user and who administers.
- Model and spending per person: The administrator chooses each person's model and monthly limit: an alert at 80 % and a pause at 100 %. Every answer shows what it cost.
- Connections under control: Each system connects with a key from the company or from each person, and a read-only key never writes.
- Email starts switched off: Searching across all mailboxes is only turned on if your company decides so, and it's recorded in the audit log with the name of whoever did it.
- The web, only what's approved: The assistant searches only the sites your company authorizes.
- Downloads with permission: Viewing a file isn't downloading it: downloading or opening in SharePoint depends on each person's permission, and every attempt is recorded.
Security: your information, yours
- A dedicated instance: CoworkOne is a service (SaaS) operated by Arcetec: each company has its own instance and its own database, separate from any other customer. We host it, update it and monitor it; you don't install anything.
- Microsoft identity: Sign-in is with Entra ID, using a certificate and no stored application secrets, and the session is verified with Microsoft every 30 minutes.
- The same permissions as always: CoworkOne opens only what the person asking can already open in SharePoint and in their email.
- Your files aren't copied: They're read from your SharePoint, and the deliverables are saved there.
- The AI runs on Azure: The models run in Microsoft Foundry, the one operated by Arcetec or the one in your own tenant if your company prefers: your messages and the answers are processed within Azure.
- A person confirms: Nothing is saved, sent, published or run without a person approving it. Code is never run.
- Encryption: Credentials and secrets are stored encrypted with AES-256.
- Traceability: The audit log records 167 types of action —who, what and when— without copying the conversations.
What belongs to whom
- Your company's: Your Microsoft 365 —SharePoint, email, Entra ID and each person's permissions—, the files that are produced (they stay in your SharePoint) and, if you prefer, Microsoft Foundry within your own tenant.
- Operated by Arcetec (SaaS): The CoworkOne instance dedicated to your company, its updates, backups and monitoring, and Arcetec's Foundry when your company doesn't use its own.
Your team gains speed. Your company doesn't lose control.
Your company already knows almost everything it needs to know
The problem isn't a lack of knowledge. It's scattered across folders, emails and people's heads, and every time it's needed, someone has to go looking for it.
- The good proposal was written by someone who no longer works here
- The deal was closed by email eight months ago, and nobody remembers with whom
- The committee report is put together by hand every Monday
- The cost analysis is redone from scratch on every project
- Every team has its own version of the template
None of that shows up on an income statement. It's hidden inside the payroll.
The four pillars
- Collaborative work: Projects shared between people and teams, with their customer, their folder, their brand and their instructions.
- All the knowledge: The SharePoint libraries each person can already open, email and your company's systems.
- Real deliverables: Presentations, documents, analyses, diagrams, code and emails, finished.
- Governed by your company: Microsoft permissions, limits per person and an audit log; what's produced stays in your SharePoint.
It runs on Anthropic's Claude models through Microsoft Foundry, in the Azure operated by Arcetec —you don't contract or manage anything— or, if you prefer, in the Foundry of your own tenant.
What's new in CoworkOne
Every month CoworkOne does more work for you. This is what arrived in the last few weeks.
- It drafts, you send: It writes the email with your signature, looks up the addresses and warns you if any of them is new or external. You send it or schedule it from your mailbox.
- Analyst answers: Ask «how are we doing?» and get key figures, trends with projections, funnels and findings. The platform does the math, not the model.
- Speak instead of typing: Voice notes and dictation of up to 10 minutes. The audio is transcribed within your instance.
- It operates your systems: In Planeo360 and Campus360 it creates leads, proposals, tasks, courses and assessments. Anything with an effect arrives as a card with «Run», and only you run it.
- With Microsoft 365 Copilot: If your company has Copilot, CoworkOne asks it about your Teams chats and meetings, your email and your files, and uses that in the work.
- App for iPhone and iPad: Notifications when a job is done, Face ID and «Share → CoworkOne» from any app. It can also be installed on Android and on the desktop.
- Office without leaving CoworkOne: View Excel sheet by sheet with its formulas, Word and PowerPoint, and open them in Office to edit them. Downloading depends on each person's permission.
- Find everything: One search for customers, projects, conversations and messages, with ⌘K.

What CoworkOne does in your industry
Healthcare
Healthcare providers, clinics and medical centers. The administrative work surrounding care eats up hours of qualified staff: claim denials, contracts with insurers, accreditation paperwork and reports for the board.
- Responses to claim denials: Searches email for the exchange with the insurer and the libraries for the contract and supporting documents; drafts the response and delivers it in Word.
- Contracts with insurers: Compares the new draft against the current contract and points out what changed.
- Accreditation documentation: Builds and updates manuals, procedures and protocols in the institution's format.
- Monthly board report: Cross-references billing and receivables with the indicators and delivers the presentation.
- Staff training: Turns a policy into a course with an assessment in Campus360.
Logistics and transportation
Carriers, logistics operators and private fleets. Operations live in emails, manifests, insurance policies and contracts, and every large customer asks for reports and proposals in its own format.
- Freight rate proposal: Starts from previous proposals for similar routes and delivers the offer with your brand.
- Reconstructing a loss: Puts the emails with the customer, the insurer and the driver in order, and builds the report.
- Compliance report: Consolidates the month's dispatches, incidents and billing into a presentation.
- Receivables by customer: Shows outstanding invoices and payments, and drafts the payment reminder ready to send.
- Onboarding and tenders: Puts together the document package for a new customer or a tender.
Financial services
Cooperatives, employee funds, accounting and investment firms. They run on documents that have to add up: committees, policies, audit requests and reports for the board.
- Credit committee package: Gathers the application, the supporting documents and the history, and leaves the summary ready.
- Receivables and collections: Analyzes aging and delivers the Excel file with formulas and the receivables dashboard.
- Statutory auditor requests: Finds the requested supporting documents and puts together the response.
- Policies and manuals: Updates the policies, including the anti-money laundering policy.
- Monthly sales report: Looks up customers, opportunities and proposals, and creates the follow-up tasks.
Connects with what your company already uses
The connections on this list come with every plan. Each person can use their own key, and a read-only key never writes.
Microsoft Foundry: Claude models, depending on the plan, running on Azure.
- SharePoint (Reads and saves): Reads the libraries each person can open and saves the deliverables.
- Outlook (Reads and drafts): Searches email and leaves the draft ready for you to send or schedule.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot (Looks up): Asks about Teams chats and meetings, email and files.
- Web search (Looks up): Only on the sites your company approves.
- Alegra (Looks up): Billing, payments, receivables, purchases and accounting.
- Granola (Looks up): Meeting notes, summaries and transcripts.
- Planeo360 (Looks up and operates): Customers, leads, proposals, tasks, hours and campaigns.
- Campus360 (Looks up and operates): Courses, topics, assessments, reviews and read confirmation.
- Comunidad360 (Looks up): Figures by residential complex or by property management company.
- OpenCarrusel (Looks up): Metrics for your social media.
- Lusha (Looks up): Finds prospects; you reveal their details with your account's credits.
- Wompi and Treli (Looks up): Transactions, subscriptions and charges, through Planeo360.
- FICC ERP (Looks up): The ERP's operational data. On the Enterprise plan.
Using another system? Tell us If it has a standard connector (MCP), your administrator adds it without code. If it only has an API, you give us its integration document and we develop it according to your plan.
Artificial intelligence is included
Your people sign in with the same Microsoft account as always. You don't have to open or manage anything in Azure; and if your company already has Microsoft Foundry in its tenant, CoworkOne can use yours.
- Included in the service: Every month your plan comes with an artificial intelligence credit, with the Claude models in Microsoft Foundry.
- You decide the cap: When the credit runs out, usage stops unless you authorize more.
- Per person: Your administrator assigns each person a model and a monthly limit: an alert at 80 % and a pause at 100 %.
- In plain sight: Every answer shows what it cost.
The models run on Azure and your files stay in your Microsoft 365.

- It delivers the file: The PDF you send and the editable file, from the same request.
- It sounds like your company: Instructions, guidance documents, skills and memory give it your judgment.
Already using Copilot? Keep using it: CoworkOne makes use of it too. Copilot helps you inside the open document; CoworkOne delivers the document to you.

Frequently asked questions
Where does our information stay?
Files stay in your SharePoint, in your Microsoft 365; CoworkOne keeps only a pointer. Conversations, versions and the email index live in the instance dedicated to your company, which Arcetec operates as a service.
Does it replace SharePoint?
No. It reads and writes in your libraries; if you stop using it, everything stays where it was.
Who sees what?
Each person sees what Microsoft already lets them see. Being an administrator doesn't widen access to SharePoint, and sharing a project is an explicit decision.
Can it send emails?
It drafts the email with your signature and you send it or schedule it. It never sends anything on its own.
Can it be used from a phone?
Yes: there's an app for iPhone and iPad with notifications and Face ID, and it can be installed on Android and on the desktop.
Can it look up and operate our systems?
Yes. It comes with connectors for Alegra, Granola, Planeo360, Campus360, Comunidad360, OpenCarrusel, Lusha, Wompi, Treli and FICC ERP, and any system with a standard connector. In Planeo360 and Campus360 it also creates and updates, always with your confirmation.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Yes. If your company has it, CoworkOne uses it to look up Teams chats and meetings, email and files.
What is a skill?
A specialized instruction for a task; the project's skill takes precedence over the company's. Its scripts are never run.
Which models does it use?
Anthropic's Claude models in Microsoft Foundry on Azure, depending on the plan: in the Foundry operated by Arcetec or in the one in your own tenant. Your administrator assigns each person's model.
Is the AI included?
Yes: every plan comes with a monthly AI credit, with a cap and limits per person.
How is it billed?
With a monthly fee based on the number of people, in three plans. It covers the platform, infrastructure, updates, backup, monitoring, support hours and the AI credit. There's no charge per document generated.
Can the assistant delete or overwrite anything?
No. Saving is a button a person presses, and it creates a new version.
Does it work if our brand isn't well defined?
Yes: two colors and a logo are enough; the shades are calculated so they're always easy to read.
What if the model makes a mistake?
It works on your own documents, and there's always a person between what it produces and what gets delivered.
How long does setup take?
From 2 to 4 weeks until the first project is in production. We need your Microsoft 365 administrator; if you don't have a tenant, Arcetec creates and operates it.
Does it replace Copilot?
No: they complement each other. Copilot helps you inside the open document; CoworkOne delivers the document to you.
